Wednesday’s cabinet meeting has decided to accord Rs 75 crore as an immediate financial relief to Kerala State Road Transport Corporation ( KSRTC), which is going through a financial crunch.

A decision was also taken to appoint former DGP, Prisons, Alexander Jacob as Institute of Management in Government (IMG) director.  

The meeting will also give its approval to the 13 Finance commission, which will be visiting Kerala on December 18.
