മുഖ്യമന്ത്രിയ്ക്ക് നേരെയുണ്ടായ അക്രമവുമായി ബന്ധപ്പെട്ട് ഇന്ന് പതിനഞ്ച് പേരെ പൊലീസ് അറസ്റ്റുചെയ്തു.ഇന്നലെ 15 പേരെയാണ് അറസ്റ്റ് ചെയ്തത്. അക്രമം ആസൂത്രിതമെന്നാണ് പോലീസിന്റെ വിലയിരുത്തല്‍ .
വധശ്രമമാണ് നടന്നതെന്ന് റിമാന്‍ഡ് റിപ്പോര്‍ട്ടിലുണ്ട്.പ്രവര്‍ത്തകരെ കള്ളക്കേസില്‍ കുടുക്കിയാല്‍ ശക്തമായ\പ്രതിഷേധമുണ്ടാകുമെന്ന് എംവി ജയരാജന്‍ പറഞ്ഞു.\സി.കൃഷ്ണന്‍ , കെ കെനാരായണന്‍ എന്നീ എംഎല്‍എമാരെ ഒന്നും രണ്ടും പ്രതികളാക്കിയാണ് കണ്ണൂര്‍ പോലീസ്
കേസെടുത്തിട്ടുള്ളത്. മൊത്തം 26 പ്രതികള്‍ എഫ്ഐആറിലുണ്ട്.

What Dr. Babu Paul said in the Asianet interview on the subject is 100% correct. The political leaders whether LEFT or RIGHT who instigate the general public for an unconstitutional activity is fully responsible for all their actions. The leaders may think that their followers will behave in a disciplined manner on the road. But it will never happen like that, especially in this present time of 'quotation' gundas and incorrigible party leaders! .
If there is any political leader who love their country and sincerely wish to serve the people must learn to practice democracy in the proper way as per the constitution on which the India nation is standing on. Elected members of Assembly/Parliament are supposed to present their views on in that forum and must respect the decisions of the majority. What is now happening in India is that any Gunda can threaten the public and the govt and do all types of destructive things on the street and they take the public for a ride!! Unless this situation is changed and the law of the land is respected and practiced the result will be total self destruction of the country.
A Chief minister whether it is X or Y must be free to move and administer the state without any hindrance. Attacking him on the street and even putting up any hindrance to his movement in the state must be dealt with constitutionally. The High Court of Kerala should be able to move against leaders of party/parties who promote actions violating this constitutional right of a CM.
