The police have found the owners of the SIM cards which were allegedly used by the TP murder accused in the Kozhikode district jail.

The intelligence wing of the police have found that the card owners have close connection with the accused. All the connections are in the name of persons from Kannur and Kozhikdoe districts.

The police had recovered more than 20 SIM cards and nine phones which were used by the accused in the district jail.

Detailed investigation will be made regarding this matter.  

The new revelations  point out that these SIM cards were taken six or seven months before .

The police will approach the forensic science laboratory to examine the SIM cards  and memory cards.

The persons who helped them recharge mobile phones too will be traced.
