Modi to talk about ending open defecation at global festival

 Prime Minister Narendra Modi will highlight the need to bring an end to open defecation during an event here that will be attended by over a dozen world leaders including UN Secretary General Ban Ki-moon.

Organisers of the Global Citizen Festival said Modi will be attending the event on September 27 because he is dedicated to bringing an end to open defecation.
