Union Minister of state for Home Affairs, Mullappally Ramachandran, has opined that KPCC President Ramesh Chennithala would become a minister.

The minister said that it was up to the High Command to give a suitable portfolio to Chennithala.

Saying that a majority of Congressmen wanted Chennithala to become a minister, Mullappally said that Oommen Chandy would continue as Chief Minister and that he would solve all issues that the government is now facing.
