The four who have been accused of attacking Chief Minister Oommen Chandy in Kannur recently, have been granted conditional bail.
Even though the prosecution opposed bail to the accused, the court said that it was ready to provide conditional bail. They were directed to deposit Rs 50,000 each at the magistrate's court towards damages inflicted on the CM's car.
Intelligence reports and documents of security arrangements made by the police before the attack were transferred to the court by the Director General of Prosecution.
The DGP said that evidences were collected from minister K C Joseph and the CM's gunman and driver. The CM's statement has not been recorded.
