Chief Minister Oommen Chandy has said  that the government will enhance Grama Sabhas to find beneficiaries of different projects being rendered by the State and Central Governments. He was inaugurating the mass contact programme here on Friday.

Among the total 6,908 applications received so far, the CM will consider 301 petitions directly.

Complainants are provided with three shifts of two hours to meet Chandy.  

Meanwhile, police blocked the CPM members who tried to protest before  the venue. They later sat in front of the venue and protested.
